Narrative
Carag, a shape-shifting cougar raised in the wild, joins Clearwater High, a school for Woodwalkers. With his friends Holly (squirrel) and Brandon (bison), he delves into the mysteries and dangers of the Woodwalkers’ world. It’s okay, nothing really special, but it’s a lot like the book. But the actors weren’t that good and the animation was disappointing, plus the music didn’t fit. I wouldn’t watch it again, but for little kids it’s a good movie (there are also good books that are better than the movie). So: good movie for kids (but that’s for sure, it’s a series of kids’ books and a kids’ movie), kids also don’t pay much attention to acting, music and animation, so they’ll like it (trust me). I would just recommend reading the book (or all of them) before watching the movie, because they didn’t really explain everything and what they did explain, they didn’t always explain it well.
